Since it began in 1932, the annual conference of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) has steadily grown in size and stature. This year’s event, which takes place March 5-8, 2023, in Toronto will likely attract tens of thousands of mining enthusiasts, including prospectors, developers, mining financiers, and investors.

“PDAC 2023 will be another leading showcase spread over almost 600,000 ft2 of both the North and South Buildings of Toronto’s Metro Convention Centre,” said Alex Christopher, president, PDAC. With a full exhibition and technical program, PDAC 2023 has something for just about everyone. More than 600 companies will showcase equipment and technology in the north and south halls. More than 450 mining companies, financial institutions and prospectors will be available in the Investors Exchange. The Core Shack provides a unique venue for companies to display core samples and discuss ongoing exploration projects.

Throughout the 4-day event, the conference includes presentations from speakers with practical experience on emerging trends and technologies within prospecting, development and capital markets. Each day has a keynote presentation and additional sessions cover indigenous and sustainability programs. Several short courses also offer in-depth educational sessions.
