Simulator Upgrade Enhances Trainer Convenience
Immersive Technologies announced the
release of its PRO3-B and UG360-B
Advanced Equipment Simulators—up-grades of the company’s PRO3 and UG360
models via the inclusion of an enhanced
trainer station. The new station is a dual-monitor interface that allows a trainer to
better manage the simulator during a ses-sion. The two-screen setup permits the
trainer to administer the simulator on one
screen while a view of the session is pre-sented on the second screen. New views of
the simulation are part of the enhancement
and include multiple fixed views and free-roaming camera settings that allow the
trainer to view the learner’s performance
from any angle. The enhanced trainer sta-tion, according to the company, is part of
the current PRO3-B and UG360-B plat-form and available as an upgrade for all
owners of PRO3 and UG360 Advanced
